I’m Alejo Valencia, and I’m a resident tattoo artist at Grimm Tattoo Orihuela Costa!

Since I was little, I was always drawn to art. Drawing was my way of expressing myself and my dreams. My journey as a tattoo artist began in the most authentic way possible: practicing on myself! And so I realised that I could wear my passion not only on my own skin, but also create art for other people in the exact same way.

Being a tattoo artist is not just about capturing designs, it is being part of an artistic tradition that dates back to ancient times. Through tattooing, I can help people tell their story, express themselves and feel good about themselves.

I love being part of that empowering process, helping to raise the self-esteem of those who trust me to transform their skin into a work of art.

For me it is a very satisfying job, it’s my personal connection with art and a way to be useful both to others and to myself, leaving a lasting mark on this incredible life journey.

How much is a tattoo?

Does it hurt?
Pain levels vary from person to person. Everyone has different pain tolerances and sensitivity in different areas. Some clients have even fallen asleep during their tattoo sessions! Generally, women tend to find the process less painful than men.

Do tattoos fade?
Tattoos can fade over time, but proper care can keep them looking vibrant. Regularly moisturizing, staying hydrated, and maintaining a healthy diet can preserve your tattoo's appearance. Neglecting your tattoo, such as exposing it to the sun without sunscreen and consuming a poor diet, can cause it to fade and lose detail.
Why are the prices different from other studios?
In any industry, you get what you pay for. Choosing a cheaper option often comes with higher risks, much like buying a rundown car compared to a brand-new one. We set our prices to ensure you receive high-quality, lasting artwork, leaving you satisfied with the result.
